At 27, I experienced my first dark night of the soul.
Since then, I’ve walked this path with devotion learning to meet fear with courage, listen deeply to my soul’s guidance, and trust the wisdom of my inner teacher.
I’ve opened to Spirit, honored my intuition, and chosen again and again to live a soul-led life.
One rooted in truth, integrity, and the ongoing embodiment of my authentic self.
I do this work because I live this work.
I crack open. I rise. I soften. I choose again.
And I’m here to help you do the same.
A guide. A mirror. A witness to your becoming.
Through intuitive readings, spiritual mentorship, energy healing, and grounded soul work, I offer a sacred space for you to remember who you really are.

A breezy summer night+outdoor concert+ sunset= my happy place. It sets me free! The smell of fresh basil crushed between my fingertips is a close second. In my late 20s, I met my great grandpa for the first time when his spirit made himself known; this profound experience changed my life forever. Laughing with the people I love, playing, dancing (doing or watching), communing with spirit, a great book, creating, painting with water color or acrylic paint, puzzles, crocheting, gardening, spending time alone in contemplation, & a warm, intoxicating NorCal summer wind that washes through like a little pocket of heaven are some of the things that feed my soul. |
